1930s Leigh Potters (USA) branded bowl. Art Deco style bowl shape in, "The Aristocrat," and paint pattern in Etched Golden Chain (although little information is available on pattern). The Aristocrat style was largely discontinued after 1933, and the paint finish was likely part of limited stock runs. Maker's stamp shows 7 twice. Condition shows crazing, two cracks in finish (but not structural at this time), notable discoloration, and some wear visible on gold trim, all to be expected with use and wear of 90+ years. Warranted 22k gold.
